Do you repair or replace roofs?
No. We're not a roofing contractor, and we don't install shingles, flashing, or decking. What we do is stop the immediate water damage: emergency tarping to protect the opening, full extraction and drying of everything the leak touched inside, and insurance documentation. By the time your roofer finishes the permanent repair, there's no hidden moisture left behind to cause mold.
